Who is the Second Innings pathway for?

Current and former athletes from any sport (school, district, state, national or professional level), athletes who left active sport due to injury, and coaches/support staff looking to move into management, sponsorship, broadcast, athlete IP or league operations.

Do I need an academic background in business or commerce?

No. Programmes assume zero prior business knowledge. Our curriculum starts from foundations and is built around what the sport industry actually pays for. Athletes from science, arts, vocational or interrupted-academic backgrounds are equally welcome.

Is there a scholarship for athletes?

Yes — the Athlete-of-Record Scholarship. Verified players at state level and above get a tuition waiver; national-level and international athletes get larger waivers and a guaranteed counselling slot. Full criteria on our scholarships page.

Can I study while still competing?

Yes. The PG Diploma runs as a weekend cohort and the UG Diploma supports flexible attendance for athletes on national training schedules. Talk to admissions for a personalised plan around your training and competition calendar.

What roles do ex-athletes typically move into?
