Why now
India's sport era is a one-time hiring window.
Double-digit growth
The Indian sport economy has compounded at ~14% over the last five years and is forecast to keep pace through 2030.
Talent shortage
Franchises, leagues and agencies routinely report 6–12 month vacancies on sponsorship, ops and broadcast roles — not for lack of demand, but lack of trained candidates.
